How will you handle onboarding in our product?

If we decide together that this is in the scope, we will work on building onboarding yours and onboarding email flows with you. We use clever tools that are a sort of ‘overlay’ onto your product, that are all meant to be safe enough to integrate. When working on this, we do need a small amount of assistance from your product team to implement the proper tools and tracking into the product.

Does a newsletter really not work?

A newsletter has a clear use in brand building and lead engagement. But this is just a small part of lead nurturing strategies. Most conversions to sales-ready leads happen in other parts of the nurturing strategy.

What happens after setup is done?

A customer journey has a constant need of optimization. You might find something that works, but your company, your client and the world will evolve. New channels and tactics become available or new competitors might utilize new tactics to try and beat your customer journey. So we keep optimizing and keep things running to keep up with changing variables.

What things can we improve with better data?

Approaching the customer journey requires you to look at the full approach used. Sometimes the problem lies in the type of leads or expectations from them. Sometimes it lies in follow up. According to various benchmarking studies, on average lead to sales qualified lead ratios should be between 10% and 15%. Below that is often a problematic sign that you’re attracting the wrong leads or are lacking in followup.

All channels are similar in many ways, so we do use them all comfortably. But, we are specialized in Hubspot, ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp.
